How do I take care of my jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry comes with a care guide card. Please ensure you read all the tips on how to properly handle your new piece. Your jewelry should be the first thing you take off and the last thing you put on. The best way to store your silver jewelry is in a closed zip lock bag or cloth bag at room temperature. Avoid storing jewelry in cardboard boxes as it absorbs moisture quickly. 

What are your products made of?
Most of our products are 925 Sterling Silver with some products that have an additional 14-18k Gold Coating. Our products are all 100% nickel free. If you do have any allergies to non-solid gold we recommend ordering our Sterling Silver product. NEW! We now also offer 10KT Italian Gold! 

Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! We now offer e-gift cards! Please add "store gift card" to your cart and enter your preferred value(s). You will receive an email with instructions and can send directly to your recipient. All gift card sales are final. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to three days for us to process your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email from us. Please see below for shipping transit times. All our items are trackable!

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If there are any manufacturer defects with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@envilityjewelry.com with your order number. We will be more than happy to review the inquiry and offer an exchange of the same product. If we are out of stock on the item, we will provide an exchange within the same value of your purchase. Please allow up to a week for response. We are not responsible for shipping back the damaged item. You are covered under a warranty for up to one year of purchase for manufacturer defects. Please note, this does not cover wear and tear.
Because each persons oil and everyday beauty products can cause various reactions to metal, we are not responsible for covering warranty under discolouration over time. Our warranty does not cover maintenance or improper use of our recommended care card instruction provided with purchase.

No problem! Please specifiy upon checkout or send us an email with your order number! You will have the option to add your note/message upon checkout. We will make sure not to include any invoices and write a handwritten note for your receiver!
